One person said this was such a big deal. I'm going to tell you this is such a LITTLE deal! WOO HOO! Such a LITTLE deal indeed! A size 8 is a LITTLE deal indeed! WOW! Single digit sizes is a LITTLE deal! I am at 165# and can fit into some size 14s so at 150# I won't be able to fit into a size 8 but that's just the way some of us are built and that's okay--I doubt I will see the single digits myself and I'm okay with that--if I can comfortably fit into a 12, I will be so thrilled, I will be doing the snoopy happy dance myself and will think it is a LITTLE deal indeed for myself!
Congratulations on this fantastic WOW moment, girlfriend! You have earned it! It is very hard for us to get out of the mind set of us being "fat" and to really perceive ourselves as being the thin person we now are. My adult son keeps saying to me, "Mom, you're so little." and while it makes me smile and feel so proud, I want to say to him, "Well, no, not really." because I feel like I still have so much more to lose--like 25# or so more, having lost 95# so far--and I still feel like my thighs and butt are still so fat when I look down at them. That's what I see and look at most.
