need to have stress test & psyciatric Consult
08/17/2009 went for stress test. Standard treadmill stess test. The cardioligist decided that given my weight, age, height, & history of heart disease in my family that i need to have a Myocardial Perfusion Imaging Stess test. (Google it) That is schedule in two parts for
09/01/2009 & 09/02/209 bright an early in the am.
09/15/2009 Physc eval is schedule.
09/22/09
My Physc eval arrived at the clinic. 09/25/09.
10/20/2009 PATS
11/02/2009 SURGERY
Surgery Pre-op Weight 337 6:00 am
Surgery Post-op Weight 349 8:00 pm
11/18/2009 2 Week follow up Weight 326 |
